Motorola is going to be the first one to rollout Android Honeycomb 3.2 on its Motorola XOOM tablet, the major update by Google which includes top enhancements that will also roll out to other Android tablets in the near future.
Google has started bringing out the Android 3.2, in sets, to Motorola Xoom users, this latest update will feature a new viewing mode, known as zoom to fill, and this will completely enable SD card slots, based on the Android powered tablets Motorola will be the first one to get this update, but the other ones will line-up soon.
Rest of the improvements in the basket have got optimizations for 7-inch designs, such as Huawei’s 7-inch MediaPad, and supporting the Qualcomm chips, that doesn’t mean just Nvidia, but all of them which have been standard until now in tablets, like Xoom, Acer’s Iconia Tab 500, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1, and Toshiba’s Thrive.
Taking an example the Huawei’s tablet that uses a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and a bunch of other changes and enhancements are also expected, which may include performance optimizations, as per the experts.
Revamped Xoom tablets with 32GB, Wi-Fi is now being offered for $399.
